TPTrade is a B2B marketplace application operated by TechPro SARL (Luxembourg). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect personal and business data when you use TPTrade.

• Account & Business information: name, email, company name, role, business description, country/location.
• User content: product videos/listings, posts, comments, likes, and chat messages. Users may upload images as part of posts. Uploaded content is stored securely and used only for providing app features.
• Usage data: interactions in the app (e.g., viewed/saved items), timestamps.
• Technical data: device/OS, app version, IP address (for security and fraud prevention).

2. Purpose of Processing

• Provide and operate the TPTrade platform and user accounts
• Enable communication between buyers and sellers
• Store and display uploaded content
• Improve listings and messages with AI-assisted tools (when requested by the user)
• Maintain security, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations

3. AI Processing

TPTrade provides optional AI assistance via its backend (e.g., listing optimization, drafting replies). When you use AI features, relevant text you provide may be processed by AI service providers strictly to generate the requested output.

• AI is assistive only; no automated decisions with legal effect are made.
• We do not sell personal data.

4. Data Sharing

We may share data only with:

• Infrastructure providers (hosting/database) to operate the service
• AI providers only for AI features you request
• Authorities if required by law

5. Data Retention
